Actor Julian McMahon, known for his roles in FBI: Most Wanted, four great films from the 2000s, Nip/Tuck and Charmed, passed away after a private battle with cancer.

McMahon was born on July 27, 1968 in Sydney, Australia. His father served as Australia’s prime minister from 1971 to 1972.
McMahon, who first began as a model, moved to acting in Australia’s daytime soap operas and films before moving to Hollywood.
In 1993 he appeared in NBC’s “Another World” and played a role in “Charm Med,” which later starred as Cole Turner. He also played Dr. Christian Troy in Ryan Murphy’s hit plastic surgery drama “NIP/TUCK.”
Marvel fans will know McMahon as Dr. Doom in the 2005 Fantastic Four film and the 2007 sequel, Fantastic Four: Raises of the Silver Surfer.
For his final role, McMahon played the Australian prime minister in the Netflix series The Residence.
