President Donald Trump is riding a huge wave of momentum after signing the $3.3 trillion “Big Beautiful Building” on Friday.

The passage of the bill comes shortly after other important victories over his administration, including the Supreme Court that ruled his support and a successful strike against the Iranian nuclear facility.

“President Trump has given Americans more victory in two weeks than most presidents do in four years,” White House press chief Karoline Leavitt told Fox News Digital in a statement Thursday. “This was the most historic two weeks in all administrations in history. Thanks to President Trump, America is back and is the hottest country in the world!”

Tax and domestic policy bills arrived at his desk after the House passed a final version of the measure on Thursday. The action was taken at the finish line at Trump’s July 4th deadline.

The bill includes key provisions that permanently establish personal and business tax credits included in Trump’s 2017 Tax Cuts and Employment Act, with new tax credits to reduce overtime pay duties.

The measure also raises debt limits by $5 trillion. This is a provision that faces scrutiny from figures such as SpaceX and Tesla CEO Elon Musk.

Additionally, the bill would withdraw certain Biden-era Green Energy Tax Credits and allocate around $350 billion to defense and Trump’s massive deportation initiatives to eliminate illegal immigration from the United States.

The measure will also enact Medicaid reforms, including new 80-hour work requirements for Medicaid recipients, expanding work requirements for people in the Supplementary Nutrition Assistance Program or SNAP.

Below are other recent events that have been carried out in favor of the Trump administration.

We are attacking Iran

The US began a strike on June 21, targeting Iran’s nuclear facilities. This involves more than 125 US aircraft, according to the chairman General Duncanne.

After the strike, Trump said in his speech to the country that the mission “completely and completely wiped out” the nuclear location, while Kane said the initial combat damage assessment “suggested that all three sites maintained very serious damage and destruction.”

Still, Kane admitted that the final evaluation would take “sometimes.”

However, a few days later, leaked reports from the Defense Intelligence Reporting Agency issued by CNN and the New York Times raised doubts those claims, saying the strike had only retreated Iran’s nuclear program by a few months.

However, the Pentagon said Wednesday that an internal intelligence assessment showed a strike that has returned to Iran’s nuclear program a year or two later.

“We’ve degraded their program for a year or two. At least the Intel rating within the (defense) division is rating that,” Pentagon spokesman Sean Parnell told reporters Wednesday.

Supreme Court ruling on a national injunction

The Supreme Court held that, 6-3, would block the lower courts from issuing a universal injunction on June 27th.

Trump celebrates Supreme Court restrictions on “massive abuse of power” by federal judges

The Supreme Court held that lower courts can issue national injunctions only on June 27, 2025 (J. Scott Applewhite, File/The Association Pres).

The Supreme Court’s decision means that lower courts are only allowed to issue widespread injunctions in limited circumstances, and Trump said it would prevent “huge power abuse.”

“I have been elected for a historic mission, but in recent months I have seen several radical left judges try to overturn the president’s legitimate power and stop the American people from winning the policies they voted in record numbers,” Trump said on June 27.

Paramount Global agrees to a settlement

Paramount Global, parent company of CBS News, agreed to a $16 million settlement with Trump on Tuesday, a lawsuit filed against CBS in October 2024 in connection with Vice President Kamala Harris, a “60-minute” interview with Trump in the 2024 election.

CBS blows up Trump’s lawsuit as “worthless” despite recent $15 million settlement offer

In the lawsuit, Trump allegedly compiled the interview with Harris when asked why Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu “didn’t hear” the Biden administration. The segment aired one answer from Harris during the Primetime Special on the network, but previously unsleashed answers appeared in preview clips of the interview.

Money from the settlement is not sent to his own Trump, but to his future presidential library to cover plaintiffs’ fees and costs. CBS has said it will work with mediators to reach the settlement agreement and that Paramount will not issue an apology.
