New York State Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez has been accused of slandering President Donald Trump by calling him a “rapeer” on social media amid a controversy over the Jeffrey Epstein handling of the Jeffrey Epstein case.
The far left Democrat who repeatedly traded barbs with Trump in both countries’ political careers has been overwhelmed by the current controversy over disgraceful financier Jeffrey Epstein, who was found dead in a New York City prison in 2019 after facing federal accusations related to child sex trafficking.
“Who thought it would complicate the release of the Epstein Files?” Ocasio-Cortez posted on X on Friday. She appeared to be referring to the levelled 2023 civil trial against Trump by author E. Jean Carroll. Ju judges determined that Trump was liable for sexual assault, but not for rape. Rape was repeatedly quoted by Ocasio-Cortez critics, denounced the use of the word “rapeer.”
The comments came after the Trump Justice Department said there was no list of Epstein’s clients. However, Trump supporters and legal experts warned the AOC to the lawyers after dropping the “R” bomb.
“The president should sues AOC for bankruptcy. We’ve noticed that she’s trying to raise her profile, but this is far too far,” legal analyst Phil Holloway posted to X on Saturday in response to a message from Ocasio-Cortez.

“NY Timesv. Even under Sullivan’s incredibly generous standards, you could be held liable for your honor loss,” Republican Utah Sen. Mike Lee posted to X in response.
“Why haven’t you guys released the Epstein Files in the last four years? Was Joe Biden’s cover too busy? Oklahoma Republican Sen. Mark Wayne Marin posted in response to Ocasio-Cortez.

“We have the basis for a stupid, big honour-loss lawsuit here, as Donald Trump has never been charged with rape being less convicted,” the host of Youvoice America’s Bill Mitchell posted on X.
“Do you realize that X accounts are not in charge of the same protections to slander those who enjoy themselves during Congressional lawsuits?” Another X account was posted.
Other critics of the lawmaker’s message said the use of the term “rapeeper” comes shortly after ABC, where Trump pays $15 million. Trump repeatedly denied Carol even knowing him, claiming that in the 1990s he made false allegations that he had raped her in the dressing room of a department store in order to sell the book decades later.

“Donald Trump has not been criminally convicted of being a rapist, which is an honorary guilty charge. And I hope that George Stephanopulos will be sued and will be sued by Trump just as he was forced to pay Trump $15 million.

“This would be fun. AOC is very stupid and she just called Trump a rapist. After ABC was forced to fork over $16 million in a settlement with Trump after George Stephanopulos called him a rapist,” Town Hall contributor Rachel Alexander posted on X
In March 2024, Stephanopulos argued in a tense interview with Republican Rep. Nancy Mace that Trump was found to be “liable for rape” in a civil lawsuit. Stephanopulos presented a clip of Mace arguing that he was a victim of rape before asking, “How do you cut off your support with testimony you saw in Donald Trump’s support?”
“You supported Donald Trump for the president. The judge and two ju judges were responsible for him for slandering the rape and the victims of that rape,” Stefanopuuros said.

Stephanopoulos repeated the rape claims 10 times during the interview, which he previously reported before Trump filed a defamatory lawsuit. ABC News and Stephanopoulos have reached a settlement agreement with Trump’s legal team ahead of their second inauguration, paying $15 million and unveiling the network and anchor.

Other social media commenters defended Ocasio-Cortez’s use of the term “rapeeper,” claiming that she did not use Trump’s name in her post and that there was an unlikely event of a honour-loss incident.
Fox News Digital contacted the Ocasio-Cortez office on Sunday to request additional comment on the issue but did not receive an immediate reply.
“AOC likes to pretend she’s from the block, but in reality she’s a sad, miserable blockhead trying to overcompensate for not losing her confidence throughout her entire life.”

“Instead, she should get some serious help with her obvious and severe cases of Trump’s rash syndrome, which has corrupted her pea-sized brain,” he added.
