Authorities say a pair of 37-year-old men from Victorville were arrested last weekend in connection with a robbery at a Metro PCS store at High Dessert, authorities say.
An Apple Valley Station lawmaker was dispatched to the business at 21520 Bear Valley Road at 8:33am on Friday in a report of the robbery, according to a news release from the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Division.
“Through investigations, Marcus Barney Jr. was determined to have broken through the windows in a media release from SBSD issued Tuesday morning. “Barney stole about $23,000 worth of cash and goods that were secured in a locked metal box and escaped the scene.”

Bernie Jr. was quickly pursued to a Victorville residence with another man identified as Paul Wright Jr. They found out they own stolen cash and what’s inside the house, SBSD said.
After being safely detained, the 37-year-old man was booked to a high desert detention center for possession of stolen property. Bernie Jr. was also booked for the robbery. Both are held in place of a $30,000 bail.
The stolen items were eventually returned to the business owner.
