Exclusive: The White House is investigating former President Joe Biden’s use of autopen, and senior management officials have already reviewed Fox News Digital that tens of thousands of documents have been taken over by the National Archives and the Bureau of Records (NARA).
Authorities told Fox News Digital that the White House lawyers’ office is leading the investigation but is coordinating with the Department of Justice.
Biden was ultimately just one hand signed pardon, which was his most controversial
The study focuses on communications and other records related to Biden’s use of autopen.
A senior management official told Fox News Digital that he is not ready to discuss the discoveries yet, but Nara has already provided over 27,000 records to the White House.
“Joe Biden was the worst, most incompetent, oldest president in our country’s history,” news chief Carolyn Leavit told Fox News Digital on Tuesday. “It has been widely reported that Joe Biden has handed the power of the president to an autopen, controlled by unelected left-wing staff who were allowed to make the horrific decisions to destroy our country.”
“The Trump White House is committed to finding answers to the many notable questions that Americans still have about how Americans have business in the Biden White House,” she said.

Officials told Fox News Digital that they plan to review more than 1 million documents.
Regarding access to records held by NARA, officials said each incumbent president has access to documents held by archives from previous administrations.
Senior administration officials told Fox News Digital that the scope of the review covers related documents relating to Biden’s presidency and the use of an autopen for several years, in order to provide transparency to the American public regarding the health of the former president.
Authorities also said they are considering specific considerations on whether policies are in place to protect the use of autopen.
“What the former president ordered, and what he didn’t,” one official explained. “The only time legal use of an autopen occurs is when the president says he wants to do something or is asked to approve it.”
“This has been a priority for the administration from the start,” another source said. “The President’s signature is one of the most important signatures in the world.”

What is an autopen? Signature device at the heart of Trump’s attack on Biden’s pardon
“Was the autopen being used inappropriately?” asked a source. “The White House and DOJ are reviewing documents through Nara and hope to dig deeper into hundreds of thousands of documents.”
Biden used an autopen to sign numerous documents during his tenure. Biden also signed the final pardon using an autopen. He includes members of his family, Dr. Anthony Forsey, General Mark Millie, and members and staff of the House Committee examining Capitol Riot on January 6, 2021. He signed only one pardon for his son, Hunter.
In his final weeks of office, Biden has admitted generosity and has allowed more than 1,500 individuals. The White House then described it as the biggest day-long act by the US president.
Autoopen is a machine that features programming that physically holds the pen and mimics a person’s signature. Unlike signature stamps and digitized printing, Autoopen has the ability to hold different types of pens, like permanent marker ballpoints, as described in the available autopen machine.
The president of Damilic Corp. Bob Olding will generate a signature in his office, Rockville, Maryland, June 13, 2011.
“The question is, did Biden renounce his Section 2 enforcement authorities to unelected staff that the American people don’t know, and to a machine with the same legal authority as his right hand, as he couldn’t do his job?” an official said. “Have the unselected staff, radical staff used the power of this machine to fundamentally change America?”
Biden defended the use of an autopen in a recent interview with the New York Times, saying that he “made all the decisions” himself.
“We’re talking about generosity to a lot of people,” Biden said.
However, the Times reported that Biden “did not individually approve each name of the amnesty in the category that applies to many people.”
Congressional committees such as the House Oversight Committee are also investigating the use of Autopen and Biden’s health during their tenure.
Trump claims that Biden’s pardon is “invalid” and that they were signed via an autopen
Though senior administration officials recognized the simultaneous efforts, they emphasized that the White House lawyers’ investigation is completely separate from the Congressional investigation.

Authorities told Fox News Digital that the investigation was a “large effort” and they wanted to close “as soon as possible.”
“Attorneys work hard to get answers,” one source said. “It’s important for Americans to know how much the media has covered up about Biden’s happiness, which signatures were at his direction, and which were at his staff’s direction.”
Officials added, “They elected the president, not the staff.”
As for Trump, officials told Fox News Digital that they have not used Autoopen for anything that could be considered official business.

“Nothing is considered official business,” a White House official told Fox News Digital. “All executive order signatures have been made public and the president has signed these documents directly.”
Trump sent a memo to the Justice Department in June, instructing Attorney General Pam Bondi to investigate the use of the autopen and determine whether it was related to Biden’s reduced mental state.
