First on FOX: The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and Executive Director Kristi Noem announced on Thursday the $18.5 million cancellation of taxpayer-funded grants for the Center for Prevention Programs and Partnerships (CP3).
The grant was designated by the Biden administration to provide taxpayer funding to various organizations that DHS describes as an “ideologically driven program.”
“These cancellations reflect DHS’ commitment to fiscal responsibility and national security,” DHS Deputy Director Tricia McLaughlin told Fox News Digital.

“By eliminating useless, ideologically driven programs, we are redirecting resources to initiatives that support American values, respect the rule of law, and effectively combat terrorism and violence.”
The cuts include $851,836 for the Hate Hate Global Summit, which DHS calls the DEI organization, and $209,407 for the support and mentoring youth advocates and leadership group that says DHS promotes the underlying gender ideology that K-12 students learn while targeting kindergarten children.
