Three deputies were killed Friday morning in the explosion at the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department training facility, authorities confirmed. The explosion occurred at the Biscailuz Center Training Academy, 1060 N. Eastern Ave., East Los Angeles, around 7:30am.
