D-Calif Democrat Nancy Pelosi says President Donald Trump should release the Epstein Files, but remains silent on why former President Joe Biden has not always been the case in his four years in the oval office.
Democrats have seized the issue since the incident became a political debate in the Trump administration. However, despite current demands for transparency in the case, the Biden Justice Department was also unable to release additional documents relating to Epstein.
After being asked by Fox News Digital whether the Trump administration thought the Epstein file should be released, former House Speaker Pelosi replied, “Absolutely.”
Fox News Digital asked, “Why do you think Biden didn’t do that for four years?” Pelosi simply turned around and began to walk.

Fox News Digital said, “Do you know why they didn’t do that? Do you think they should have?” However, Pelosi ignored the reporter and stepped into the car.
Pelosi served as Speaker of the House from 2019 to 2023, one of the most powerful positions in the country.
Other Democrats likewise struggle to answer why their party president didn’t release the file because they are demanding current action.
On Thursday, D-Md. Rep. Jamie Raskin was pressed for the issue by co-host Joe Scarborough of “Morning Joe,” but he was unable to give an answer.
“But the House of Representatives may have gotten it from 2021 to 25 when Democrats controlled the DOJ. Why was it a crisis. It was the crisis now. Why didn’t Democrats call it from ’21 to ’25?” Scarborough asked.
“So I’d have to go back and look specifically at what’s going on in terms of certain prosecutors’ decisions and other cases. So I don’t know, we can try to reconstruct that record,” replied Ruskin.

Rep. Pramila Jayapal, D-Wash. Even CNN anchors were caught off guard when they challenged her about why Biden didn’t seek Epstein’s transparency while he was president, despite her hammbling the Trump administration over the incident.
“I would have been happy to nurture it too. Frankly, we were focused on so many different works,” replied Jayapal.
Meanwhile, Kansas Republican Sen. Roger Marshall told Fox News Digital:
“I didn’t hear Democrats want that, and as you know, I’ve never heard the legacy TV media say one thing about it. And all of a sudden, it’s Code Blue. All of the Democrats and legacy media want to see these reports. I think it’s hypocritical,” he said.
Marshall went on to say, “Beyond that, there could be a lot more going on than we see the eyes.”

Noting that he has no special information, he said, “I think there’s something else going on that is affecting national security,” and “I think President Trump deserves a bit of a bounty here, but hopefully it’ll be released by the end of the day.
R-Tenn. Rep. Scott Desjarlais of the United States Attorney General Pam Bondi may not need to release all the files, but “If there is information indicating that someone has committed a crime, if there is information indicating that she knows she is intentionally having sex with a minor girl, they need to be sued and I would hope she does.”
“Pam Bondi has made quite a show out of what she has. We need a better explanation than what we have,” Dejare said.
He suggested that a bipartisan panel would have access to the files for review.
“Do you need to release everything? I don’t know. But I think we need to reveal the criminals,” he said.

R-Wis. “The president would want to release anything he can release,” Sen. Ron Johnson of the company told Fox News Digital.

Johnson went on to say that the file “I’m worried about the custody chain.”
“The Democrats were in control of these files. What did they add? What did they remove? I don’t know. I don’t know. I’m as interested as anyone else,” he added, adding, “I trust the Trump Department of Justice does the right thing.”
