The quest to clarify what Compton residents captured with doorbell cameras is widely circulating on social media and asks the public. Is there an alien in Compton?
The 11-second video posted by Jessica Ortiz featured over a million viewers on her Instagram account. A quick clip, taken with a ring camera on her pouch, shows an alien-like figure running along the side of her pouch. Creatures can only see the bottom of the screen for a second or two before they become visible.
“I said, ‘I’m crazy. I’m literally crazy. I’m losing my heart,'” Ortiz said the moment she first saw the clip.
A woman from Compton said she was stunned when she checked footage from the camera that recorded the video around 1am on June 5th.
“I unlocked my phone so I think I just got a notification, so I opened the video as soon as I unlocked the phone. I found it when it opened as soon as the video started,” she said.
Ortiz says he asked his son to review the video completely incredible and asks him if he noticed anything strange. He also noticed him and felt that his mother was proven.
“He sat in the bed and played like three times,” Ortiz said. “When he finished with the third one, he said, ‘Mama, it’s an alien. Call the police.’ I didn’t seem to call the police to the alien. ”
Ortiz said she has a total of three cameras in her home. Neither of the other two security cameras captured the presence. After first seeing the footage, she said she called the neighbor on her back to ask if anyone from the home was outside. Ortiz’s anxiety was there, no one there.
“We went crazy because we couldn’t explain what it was. I wasn’t going to go out and check it out,” she said.
At the end of the video, you can hear a loud noise from outside. It is unknown what caused those noises. Ortiz said her aunt, who lives next door, told her the next day he heard big bangs around the time the video was captured.
“These sounds (she said) came from the roof,” Ortiz said of her aunt’s account. “She said, ‘I stopped and looked at the ceiling. She raw after the second bang and she started running to her room.”
The video has driven viewers into a frenzy with Ortiz’s comments, and skeptics say the figure is a child, someone wearing a Mariachi hat, someone with a blanket covering herself or someone with other suggestions. However, she ensures that the video is not edited or staged.
Despite others believing online, Ortiz said he thinks the creature is extraterrestrial.
“I think God is too creative to be the only person we have with life,” she said.
