Mayor Karen Bass is urging Angelenos to attend Restaurant Week in Los Angeles, also known as Dine LA, to support local businesses.
Produced by the Los Angeles Tourism Bureau and Convention Board, Dine La will return to the summer edition from July 25th to August 8th, with 88 neighborhoods and 33 global cuisines and 480 restaurants.
The event includes 80 first-time attendees and features a Prix-Fixe lunch and dinner menu at various price ranges.
“Dine LA is more than just celebrating LA’s food, it’s a moment to support chefs, restaurateurs and the team that continues to shape the culinary culture of the city,” Staceysan, executive director of Dine LA, said in a statement. “L.A. restaurants have shown incredible resilience in recent years, and the program offers locals and visitors a meaningful way for us to show up, dine and rediscover what makes our dining scene special.”
Bass emphasized that restaurants and small businesses are the backbone of Los Angeles’ economy. Since taking office, she has implemented several initiatives to help small business owners.
