Exclusive: Federal authorities allegedly arrested two staff members at an Ontario, California clinic, and interfered with immigration and customs enforcement arrests.
Earlier this month, landscape architect Honduras National Dennis Gillen Solis was reportedly leaving the foot to avoid law enforcement, and he entered the Ontario Advanced Surgery Centre, where he was not a patient.
“This story is another example of a false narrative done by irresponsible members of the media to promote a political agenda that outlaws federal agents. The illegal foreigners arrested within the medical center were not patients and were not affiliated with the location. Statement.

“To be very clear, it doesn’t matter who you are or where you work. If you attack our agents or interfere with our business, you will be arrested and charged with a federal crime,” the essay continued.
The criminal warrant was signed by US Magistrate Judge Sheri Pym for two staff members, Jose de Jesus Ortega and Daniel Nadine Davila.
Ortega was arrested Friday morning, and Davira was arrested a few hours later after being considered earlier in the day.
On LinkedIn, Davila is listed as a certified surgical technician at the center, and is said to have placed his hand on an ice officer in a criminal charge, trapping himself between him and Guillen-Solis.
“The Ice Officer carried out target enforcement work to arrest two illegal aliens. The clearly marked ice bulletproof vest officer approached the illegal alien target when he left the vehicle,” the Department of Homeland Security posted on X on July 9th.

“This is private property,” a staff member with a video of the incident asked ice agents to leave.
“I’ll take my hand from him,” another staff member said.

“It’s devastating to see the impact of ice on our community. Last Tuesday, immigration enforcement officers invited members from the surgical center while they were doing their job,” Rodriguez said in a statement.
“I act in good faith and support law enforcement officials, but I will never tolerate these cruel and lawless behavior. Without accountability, we are leaving behind armed men in masks who drag people out of the streets. This is not safe, it is not justice, this is not what we should be,” she continued.
