First Fox: House members are pushing to embrace the mayor of the sanctuary city responsible for illegal immigrants committing murder within their jurisdiction.
R-Ga. Councilman Buddy Carter introduced the Mayor’s Sanctuary Urban Act or Eric Adams Act on Friday to add deterrence and accountability to establish liability for illegal crimes.
If passed, the bill would make the mayor of the sanctuary city public for criminal liability if an illegal immigrant living there commits murder.

Meanwhile, Carter will be taking D-Ga in the mid-term in November 2026. Senator Jon Ossoff is running to settle.
The introduction to the bill comes days after the Trump administration moved to sue the Big Apple for its sanctuary policy. President Donald Trump officials in such multiple lawsuits are pursuing Democrat-run cities and states.
As the house probe gets hot, he says “I never worried” about Biden’s mental state before.

Under the conditions of Carter’s law, if an undocumented person commits murder there, and if he “willfully abolished a policy adopted, maintained, maintained, or abolished, and if he excluded previous policies that eliminated such policies, and if he suppressed a policy that malfunctioned, maintained or abolished, the mayor of the Sanctuary may be guilty of “producing manslaughter” if he commits a crime of “manslaughter.” Committed according to Bill Text obtained by Fox News Digital.
Just like certain fines, they will be subject to a prison fine of up to seven years.
According to the bill’s text, the enforcement would be left to the Attorney General.

“It’s possible that Laken Riley and countless other loved ones are still alive today if our immigration laws are respected by the mayor of the sanctuary city,” Carter said, referring to a nursing student killed by illegal immigrants in Georgia.
“As far as I’m concerned, they have blood in their hands, so they should personally be held responsible for creating a lawless environment that allows illegal foreigners of crime to commit murder.”
Fox News Digital contacted the Adams campaign and the New York Mayor’s office for comments, but received no response.
