Former Los Angeles Lakers star Anthony Davis is selling his Bel Air mansion six months after he was traded with the Dallas Mavericks in a smash NBA deal.
The 17,254-square-foot property was posted on Zillow Friday morning and had a asking price of around $40 million.
Located in Stratford Circle, on the southern tip of Bel Air, the 3.5-acre gate features eight bedrooms and 12 bathrooms. The photo shows a vast backyard with a pool, tennis courts and well-maintained lawn.
According to Sports Illustrated, Davis bought his wife Marlen and three children for about $31 million for about $31 million (usually a full season salary).
The Dallas Mavericks Girdle Cadonsic is heading forward with Los Angeles Lakers advance Anthony Davis (3) in the first half of the NBA basketball game held in Dallas on Tuesday, December 12, 2023.
The list comes after 32-year-old Davis was treated by the Lakers in a prominent trade in which he sent him to Dallas in exchange for 26-year-old superstar guard Luka Doncic. Davis spent five seasons with the Lakers and helped the team win the 2020 NBA Championship along with LeBron James.
Before joining the Lakers, Davis played seven seasons for the Pelicans in New Orleans. The 6-foot-10 forward center has been considered one of the league’s top defenders throughout his career.
