The first Trump administration officials claim they received notifications from Google just before they returned to their positions under the Biden administration that were being investigated by the FBI, and the web giants were unable to tell them because of court orders.
Dan Scavino, now the White House vice-Chief of Staff and president’s assistant, explained that “Biden Law Fair” is kicking after serving “patriotism and proudly” during Trump’s first term.
“Google responded by receiving and receiving a legal process issued by the Federal Bureau of Investigation, which enforces the disclosure of information related to a Google account. The court order previously prohibited Google from notifying legal proceedings…” Scavino shared with X from an email he received from Google five weeks before Trump returned to the White House.
“I’ve never shared this, but this is a little bit of crazy taste that many of us have experienced, here in the United States. He added.

Within 30 minutes of Scavino’s posting, FBI director Kash Patel replied to him, “I got one of them too…”
Jeff Clark, the current representative administrator of the Department of Information and Regulation, said he had received a similar message on Saturday morning.
“It’s true that the entire Jack Smith team was assigned to pass my email after a review of privilege,” Clark wrote to X in relation to his former special advisor.
“But that group of lawyers ignored my religious pastoral privileges, couples and other privileges, essentially shipping everything they could to Jack Smith.

Smith investigated the handling of confidential documents that were taken by former Attorney General Merrick Garland and later revealed during Trump’s attack on Mar-A-Lago compounds to investigate allegations that Trump had tried to overturn the 2020 election results.
“My medical records and other private communications had nothing to do with the 2020 election. They weren’t anyone’s business. But these thugs weren’t an issue with law degrees and willingness to abuse government power,” Clark said Saturday.
“They were trying to bore me and get them to go to court to destroy a secret copy of their email, so they could try to destroy even the privileges of my lawyers and clients with President Trump, but my team and I didn’t fall into it,” Clark said. “And that was all a blatant attempt to threaten me. It didn’t work and I didn’t fold under pressure.”
