Former President Joe Biden’s campaign team is said to have opposed a Super Bowl interview last year due to the report of special advisor Robert Huar.
A source familiar with interviews with the House Oversight Committee Anita Dunn told Fox News Digital in the report. Hur described Biden as “an older man with well-intentioned, poor memories,” taking into account Biden, who broke his decades-old tradition.
However, a source close to Dunn told Fox News Digital that Biden’s team had decided to oppose interviewing last year’s Super Bowl. Sources claimed that the selection was made before the HuR report was released.
Dan was only five hours on Thursday, oversight committee chair James Kommer, R-Ky. As he sat down with House investigators asserting that Biden’s inner circle worked to hide evidence of the former president’s mental decline.
As the house probe gets hot, he says “I never worried” about Biden’s mental state before.

Sources familiar with her interviews told committee staff that Dan concluded that Biden’s inner circle would reach a consensus that should not be subject to cognitive testing and would not bring political benefits.
It comes two days after former Deputy White House Principal Bruce Reid, who met with House investigators on Tuesday, said Biden’s White House doctor Kevin O’Connor called the cognitive test “meaningless.”
A source close to Dan said Thursday that Biden’s team believes they can pass the cognitive test, even if they don’t see political gain.
Dan also told investigators that he had dealt with him throughout his life until media reported in 2020, he told him he dealt with him throughout his life, the original source said.
Longtime aide Biden says he was standing to earn up to $8 million if the president was re-election
“She continued to criticize the media for pushing the story of President Biden as old,” the source said.
Practice for interviews before the Super Bowl was chosen to take part in the interview before the 2004 big game, followed by both former President Barack Obama and Donald Trump, but also skipped in the 2019 Super Bowl interview.
Biden participated in Super Bowl interviews in 2021 and 2022, but not in 2023 and 2024.

In 2023, talk about a pre-Super Bowl interview fell into an interview with Fox Corp.
Hur’s report was published on February 8, 2024. The Super Bowl took place on February 11th that year.
Hart was appointed special advisor by former Attorney General Merrick Garland in 2023 to investigate whether Biden mishandled confidential documents.
“The evidence that President Biden intentionally held and disclosed after the Vice President when he was a civilian, but that “did not establish any guilt beyond reasonable doubt.”
Biden said during his interview that, “it would be difficult to convince the ju judge that he should be found guilty,” given that as an older man with sympathetic and well-meaning older memories, he is likely to present himself to the ju judge during his interview.

Dan is the 10th former Biden administration official to appear before the House Oversight Committee.
Committee Chairman James Kommer, R-KY. In addition to investigating alleged cover-ups, the company is also considering whether the decision was approved via Autoopen without the knowledge of the former president.
Of particular interest to Kommer are the countless tolerant orders Biden signed later in the presidency, but the former president told The New York Times last month that he was behind every decision.

Dan, like most people who appeared before her, defended Biden’s mental vision to the committee’s investigators.
“The president made it clear that the decision was on him and White House staff brought him problems,” Dan said in her opening statement, obtained by Fox News Digital. “I believed in him then, and I believe that as strong as today, Joe Biden is an effective president who has accomplished so many important things for Americans.”

However, after the statement was released in the media, a spokesman for the House Oversight Committee criticized Dan.
“It’s not surprising that Anita Dunn is telling Americans not to believe their eyes. Joe Biden sharply claims he’s “fully involved.” This opening statement was leaked to the media before Dan could deliver it, but it’s an absurd example of Biden’s loyalists going to protect his failed president,” the spokesman told Fox News Digital.
Fox News Digital also contacted Biden’s representative and Dan’s attorney for comments.
