According to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department, it became a triple murder scene when Lancaster’s quiet desert road was fatally shot near East and East Palmdale Boulevard on Sunday afternoon.
The shooting was reported around 4:48pm, sheriff’s officials said.
When deputies from Lancaster and Palmdale station arrived, they found a woman in her 40s suffering from a gunshot wound in the vehicle. Lawmakers tried to supplement their aid, but Los Angeles County Firefighters declared her dead on the scene.
Not too far, investigators say deputies found an SUV pulling a trailer. Among them were two men who were shot. Both were declared dead at the scene.
