The San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department is searching for additional victims of a man who allegedly raped a Bloomington woman he met on a dating app early Tuesday morning.
Luis David Garcia, 37, met the woman on a dating app and invited her to his home in the 9700 block of Locust Avenue in Bloomington, according to a news release from the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department.
Around 3 a.m. Tuesday, the woman reported to authorities that Garcia had raped her after she lost consciousness, officials said.

She “awoke to see Garcia performing sexual acts on her,” and then left the home and called 911, the release added.
Garcia was later arrested on charges of rape of an unconscious person, rape with the use of an intoxicating substance, and sexual penetration with a foreign object.
He is being held at the West Valley Detention Center in lieu of $80,000 bail. He is scheduled to appear in Rancho Superior Court on Thursday.
“Evidence recovered during the search warrant led investigators to believe there may be additional victims,” the release states. “Garcia’s booking photo will be released to assist in the identification of additional victims.”
