The clock is ticking. The deadline to participate in the official poster design contest for the 26th FIFA World Cup in Los Angeles is approximately two weeks away.
In addition to a $20,000 prize, the winning designer’s work will be featured at a global soccer event, with eight games to be held in Los Angeles in summer 2026.
Runners-up will also receive prizes.
12 of the top 16 participants will win $500. Three of the four finalists will each receive $2,500.
More than 600 people have submitted work so far, with Los Angeles, Long Beach, West Hollywood, Pasadena and Inglewood producing the most registrants.
