If you’re a World Series hero, you probably don’t need to dress up for Halloween.
At least that seemed to be the case for Dodgers first baseman Freddie Freeman, who took his three children trick-or-treating on Thursday, less than 24 hours after clinching the World Series championship in New York City. is.
In an Instagram post by his wife Chelsea, the Freeman boys can be seen dressed up as Marvel’s Iron Man, Spider-Man, and the Incredible Hulk for Halloween.

A video attached to the post showed the World Series MVP dressed up as another superhero: himself. Freeman, not in costume, delivered one of the most legendary performances in World Series history against the New York Yankees, hitting four home runs in Game 1, including the first walk-off grand slam in Series history.
The Dodgers’ celebration continued into Thursday morning, and even though the team’s plane arrived at LAX later that morning, Freeman still made time for the kids. Perhaps they can relax Thursday night and let their guard down for Friday’s team victory parade and celebration.
