Travelers will soon be able to enjoy Shake Shack’s famous burgers on select Delta flights starting next month, with plans to expand nationwide in 2025.
Delta Air Lines on Tuesday announced a new partnership with the fast-casual restaurant chain that will begin serving first class customers on long-haul flights out of Boston starting Dec. 1.
The trademark Shake Shack cheeseburger is available for pre-selection on flights more than 900 miles out of Beantown, and Delta officials say there are plans to expand to other routes next year.

The Shake Shack Cheeseburger is an Angus beef patty topped with cheese and served on a toasted potato bun. First Class passengers can pre-select their Shake Shack Cheeseburger meal online or through the Delta app up to 24 hours before their flight.
Delta and Shake Shack officials said they are excited about the new partnership, and the airline said the restaurants offer a “people-first culture” consistent with its own restaurants.
