UCLA students have been warned to lock their doors and windows after a spate of off-campus home robberies, some of which were reportedly still sleeping inside when the robbers broke in. It also includes incidents.
The latest of at least four robberies occurred around 3:45 a.m. the day after Thanksgiving at a residence hall in the 10900 block of Strathmore Drive in Westwood.
The students were sleeping on the second floor when two robbers, believed to be a man and a woman, broke in through an unlocked door.

UCLA police said in a news release that the suspects may have taken the electric scooters and speakers and fled in a gray Hyundai Elantra sedan.
Police are also investigating three other residential burglaries that occurred between Nov. 21 and Nov. 24 in the 3200 block of Sepulveda Boulevard in the Palms neighborhood, about 3.5 miles from campus.
The victims in all incidents are reported to be UCLA students, according to police.
An unknown number of suspects forced entry through a window before taking jewelry, clothing and cash.
No one was home at the time of the incident and no injuries were reported.
Police provided no further description of the suspect.
Students were asked to remain vigilant and report any suspicious activity.
