The 54-year-old Orange County man was arrested in connection with a video showing several Hispanic adults vomiting hateful racist words in a business that can be seen.
The footage has earned around 15,000 views on at least one Instagram account, and the man who police say is an Eric Walter Lumper, a Lake Forest resident, is captured on May 30th for the graphic shaming and indecency of a woman working in business.
“In America, we don’t like you, right? We don’t like you!” I saw him screaming, slamming the shop window hard.
The 54-year-old, who appears to be drunk, is seen threatening a woman and her clients.
“I think you’re safe, but you won’t be safe anytime soon,” he says. “You might get away with this, but you have an af**** problem.”

He calls the woman “s***” and “a** hole,” and says, “listen and blow your face away,” and encourages the woman to probably fight him.

The woman, who appears to be trying to get her Ramginger out the door, dodges one of his swings and swipes back to him, encouraging one of the men in the room to stand up, perhaps to come to the woman’s aid.
It is unclear how the situation ended.
A man telling his followers of the Instagram video, he said the woman called the police and took several hours to get there, only arrived after “the danger was over.”
In a news release, officials from the Orange County Sheriff’s Office challenged the claim.
“I received a call on Friday, May 30th at 6:47pm about a man screaming at a business near Ridge Route and Lake Forest Drive,” the release said. “The information provided to the dispatch was assigned the call as a low-cost call and arrived at the business within 30 minutes. ”
Sheriff’s officials said the report was made and given to investigators. Investigators took Ramginger today at about 2:30pm on suspicion of trespassing, assault and battery, crime threats and charges related to hate crimes.
