Authorities said the man and two minors were arrested Wednesday afternoon after attempting to crash a car with police after trying to escape from the stolen home.
According to the Burbank Police Department, men and minors whose identity has not been released were observed by their neighbors while leaping over the fence to appear at a residence in the 500 block of Via Providencia before 1pm.
When officers arrived, the perpetrator, the Black BMW, was still nearby and when police tried to pull it, the driver took off before crashing through Kenneth Road and Providencia, police said.

The three suspected robbers then came across a nearby alley and apartment, but all three were taken into custody within 20 minutes.
Police have retrieved everything that was photographed, including handguns and suitcases containing “other items and jewels.”
The house was empty at the time of the break-in, so no one was injured.
