As Michael Dale lay lying around with a plastic bag, Saran Wrap and duct tape were sealed around his head, Michaela Lailaardum sat next to him with a vibrator and a mobile phone filming content on her only fan page, police said.
Currently, an adult entertainer and three mothers are charged with murder.
In April 2023, Dale, 56, paid 29-year-old Lillalsdam to 29 and above to come to Escondido’s home and perform BDSM acts, according to an arrest warrant affidavit filed by the Escondido Police Station. Dale seemed drunk when she arrived at 6pm, but even so, she spent several hours engaging in fetish acts with him.
Dale had some extreme and unusual requests, according to the affidavit.
He wanted her to wrap him “like a mummy” with a Saran rap. She was obliged.
He wanted her to glue the gorillas to female boots to his feet. She was obliged.
However, investigators concluded that he “required Lillalsdam to place his bag on his head and secure it.”
She was arrested on February 19th and pleaded not guilty. She remains at the Lascolinas detention facility in San Diego County, where she is being held without bail.
According to the affidavit, when police and firefighters arrived at the scene of the incident, they noticed Dale was unconscious and Rylaarsdam was carrying out CPR. She denied putting anything on Dale’s head and told the police this was the first time she had engaged in fetish-type behavior.
Detectives found some nasty videos on Dale’s phone, struggling to breathe, including minutes before dialing 911 at 10:10pm
“He has a duct tape wrapped around his mouth and a plastic bag over his head, with Saran wrapping it around it, and the duct tape wrapped around his face and head, securing all layers to his head,” the affidavit said. “He also seemed to have wrapped Saran tightly around his neck.”
His head was sealed in a plastic bag for at least eight minutes, according to the affidavit.
The San Diego County Medical Inspector’s office concluded that the cause of death was suffocation and classified the method of death as murder.
Her attorney did not respond to requests for comment, and the San Diego County District Attorney’s Office said it had not commented on the open case.
Rylaarsdam has moved Asshley Sincal, an online content subscription service popular among sex workers, to its only Asshley Sincal. With over 11,000 followers, Ashley Sinkar’s Instagram account remains online, with her only fan, Tiktok and X accounts being deactivated.
Her Instagram links to her company, Sincal Entertainment. Sincal Entertainment charges itself as “the number one adult party entertainment service in California,” and promotes employable male and female strippers.
She founded a company with her husband and shared three children. Her mission is “to provide intoxicating entertainment with professional talent,” according to her company Bio. Her husband, Brandon Ryraldham, could not be immediately contacted for comment.
According to the affidavit, he was also involved in her only fan business venture.
“Her husband actually earned at least $1,000 or more from Dale while he was at Dale’s house, and her husband encouraged him to continue earning more from Dale by engaging in fetish behavior,” the affidavit states.
Rylaarsdam is scheduled to return to court for a preliminary hearing in April.
