The U.S. attorneys for the Nevada District and the special representatives for the FBI’s Las Vegas office announced the charges from the 21 count replacement charges at a press conference on Friday.

At a press conference, her plan totals to be worth hundreds of thousands of dollars, and could be even more if additional casualties were found, officials said. Evans insisted, among other things, Phelps spent money on buying luxury goods.
