A Rancho Cucamonga man did not suicidal Tuesday for allegations of robbing a car at a Los Angeles County cemetery while the vehicle owner was mourning.
David Bassett, 44, was sentenced to four years in prison for four counts of the second robbery of the vehicle, according to the LA County District Attorney’s Office. He is also scheduled to appear at a return hearing on March 28th.
