One was dead, and another was taken into custody after a fatal shooting in a residential area in San Bernardino County.
Details are limited and it is precisely unclear how the gunshots erupted, but Fontana Police Station responded to a report of a 6700 block of shooting on a winter night before 4pm
At the scene, officers found a person inside the home suffering from a gunshot wound, police confirmed with KTLA, but the suspect in the shooting was immediately taken into custody.

Aerial footage from Fontana Home, shot by Sky5, showed several police vehicles in front of the house, and yellow tapes were able to access it while investigators interviewed potential witnesses and scrutinised the area for evidence.

Gil Leyvas of Ktla reported that the victim’s body, perhaps a dead body, was on the ground in the garage. However, investigators have not yet confirmed the information.
It is unclear whether the victim was declared dead at his home or taken to the hospital, where he was injured.
Authorities stressed that there is no continuing threat to the public and that they could not provide additional details such as whether they are known to each other, such as the identity of the victim or suspect, or the motives that could have been fatal shooting.
