A week-long investigation by Burbank police and federal agents has reportedly used social media to target minors.
Authorities at the Burbank Police Department and Homeland Security Investigation (HSI) did not release details on how the suspect, currently identified as Panorama City resident Saul Alfaro, was taken into custody, but they said the 37-year-old was arrested and reserved for the temptation of minors engaged in sexual activity.
Detectives said that although they did not provide any additional information, several victims have already been identified.

In an email to parents from the KTLA-acquired William S. Hart Union High School District, authorities said HSI has been notified that the suspects have used social media to provide alcohol and drugs to minors and are seeking gender from minor victims across Southland.
“We recognize that two students from our district may be among the victims,” the email said.
Alfaro communicated with minors using several different profile names online, including: a Burbank PD news release.
