A San Fernando Valley man has been arrested on suspicion of sexually preying a minor girl by providing free drugs and alcohol in exchange for sex.
Ivan Hernandez, 30, of Valley Village, was arrested on a crime charge on March 23, Burbank police announced Thursday.
Officers from the Los Angeles and Burbank police departments were investigating Hernandez for indecent contact and illegal sex with dewd victims.
On March 23, police responded to a call reporting alleged drug activity at the private location where Hernandez was found in the car with a minor girl.
Investigators allegedly, Hernandez provided nitrous oxide, marijuana and alcohol to minor victims in exchange for sexual activity.
He reportedly uses Instagram to find the victim and invites them with a promise of free drugs and alcohol. Detectives believe he often recorded these sexual encounters on his cell phone.

On March 25, the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office filed multiple felony charges against Hernandez, including:
Count of risk for one child to arrange to meet with minors for minor purposes for 3 counts of illegal sex with minors with minors under 16 years of age 16 or 15 years of age 14 or 15 years of age minors count
He is currently in custody without bail and is awaiting his next court appearance.
Detectives believe there may be additional casualties that have not progressed. Hernandez is known to have contacted minors using the following Instagram profile names: Noznbars, N2Ohead, Nawzhead818, nozzhead_818, and nozzhead818_.
