The heroic act of a Southern California veterinarian saved a dog’s life with a “serious sock obsession.”
According to the COVID Animal Emergency Center, Luna, a 7-month-old dog from Mount Bernese, finds she’s vomiting and is rushed to her family after finding out she has a “sturdy, bulging abdomen.” I did.
During the surgery, veterinarian Dr. Jenny made a gastreatment to clean the stomach and an iliac incision to remove any one-sie causing an intentional blockage.

In total, Dr. Jenny pulled out more than 30 other items including 24 socks, two hair, a shudder, a shoe insert, a small one-sie as mentioned above, and the attached fabric.
“What we found was dropping our chin,” the veterinarian said on Instagram. “Contrary to all possibilities, Luna is pulling out and now waving her tail again.”
Veterinarians say that Luna’s story is a “reminder to trust your instincts” and should contact your vet immediately whenever your pet vomits, runs out of breath or has a firm abdomen I encouraged my parents to be.
