Four suspected robbers are in custody, including those who were kicked out when a escaped vehicle crashed during a chase in Glendale on Thursday morning.
Police responded to the robbery call around 1am and engaged in pursuit of the suspected robber, a spokesperson for the Glendale Police Department confirmed.
The pursuit lasted about a mile and a half before a suspicious vehicle crashed in the area of North Jackson Street and East Lexington Drive.
At least one of the suspects was kicked out of the vehicle as a result of the collision. The video shows patients being loaded into an ambulance, packed with debris scattered around the street.
The spokesman said the suspect’s injuries were deemed minor despite the violent crash. No other injuries have been reported.

The first robbery report came from a smoke store near West Glen Oaks Boulevard and Highland Avenue.
Details about possible robbery or smoke shop were not available immediately.
