The 75-year-old real estate expert, who went missing earlier this week, was found dead in a cave in the desert in Mohab, and authorities have called on IT experts for the murder after first asking for the help of a technical specialist in the investigation.
The strange incident was the murder of Robert “Bob” Bojyazian, who was arrested Wednesday by Clovis for 21-year-old Audrik Matebossian. According to the Madera County Sheriff’s Office, Matebosian was charged with first-degree murder on Thursday with special circumstances and massive theft.

He is currently being held without bail.
The incident began when BoyAsian employees became worried after not competing in a Monday morning meeting. After multiple attempts to contact him by phone, the employee called 9-11 to ask for welfare checks at his Base Lake home.
Boy Asian was not found anywhere.

After securing the warrant, investigators discovered the $1,000 ATM withdrawal one day before a 9-11 call at Clovis’ bank, about 8:30pm, about 8:30pm. In ATM surveillance footage, the young man made his first withdrawal, with two more unsuccessful attempts.
The young man was identified as Matevosian. The lawmaker previously worked at the home by Mathebosian, so he was approaching Mathebosian to access security footage at BoyAsian’s home.
Sheriff Tyson Pogue said Matevosian showed screenshots to deputies of initial responses indicating the system was offline. He instructed authorities to find the DVR hard drive that was used to convert signals from digital video recorders or analog cameras to the specific location in the closet. But there was no hard drive.
“He showed him what app to download and his password, but the deputy still couldn’t access the footage,” Pougue said at a press conference Thursday.
Before revealing the ATM photos to the public, investigators received two tips claiming that Matevosian was involved in BoyAsian’s loss disappearance.
After the search warrant was approved, investigators recovered two firearms from Matevosian’s bedroom and reported nine milliliter handguns stolen by Boyajian in March, a 10mm handgun registered under the name of Boyajian. He was taken into custody Wednesday.
Matevosian initially told investigators that Boyajian committed suicide. He later said that Bojyazian asked him to help him end his life. Matevosian eventually confessed to the murder, saying Bojyazian spoke amazingly about his family, Puji said.
Financial benefits encouraged killings, Puji added.
Investigators say Matevosian purchased a body bag from Amazon a week before the murder. He allegedly rented a car in Fresno on Monday and then on Saturday at BoyAsian’s house. According to Pouge, Matevosian spent the night after finishing the IT task, killing Boy Asian around midnight. Authorities did not say how BoyAsian was killed.
Pouj said that Mathebosian wrapped BoyAsian’s body in bedding and placed it in his body bag. After returning to Fresno, Matebosian used BoyAsian’s information to retrieve $1,000.

Boy Asian’s phone was thrown at a local park and his wallet was hidden in Mathebosian’s gym locker, Puji said. The $1,000 and the hard drive for the home security system were inside the Matevosian car, the deputy added.
The shovel is said to have been used for the burial of BoyAsian.
Matevosian told authorities that he visited the burial site with Boyajian on an off-road trip.
Pouj said BoyAsian treated Mathebosian and his brother like grandchildren. The Matevosian brothers introduced them after being hired as bookkeepers at Boyajian’s Real Estate Business in Fresno.
“It wasn’t uncommon for them to travel or spend the night at his house,” Puji said.
According to a report from KTLA 5, BoyAsian worked in real estate for almost 50 years.
“This was a calculated and calm act against respected members of our community,” Pogue said. “Our detectives worked tirelessly and in an orderly manner to bring justice to Mr. Boiajean and his loved ones. We are grateful for the collaboration between our partner institutions and community members of our observers who helped us advance this case.”
Puji said Mathebosian had no criminal history before the murder. Court records do not appear to show the next appearance of Matevosian. He will be tried in Madera County Superior Court, according to the sheriff’s office.
