The woman was charged with child danger after a traffic stop in Hermosa Beach revealed that she suspected guns and drugs packed into a diaper bag near her two-month-old child.
In a social media post, officials from the Hermosa Beach Police Department said during a traffic stop in the 100 block of 15th Avenue near downtown on Jan. 25, officers say the male driver of the vehicle is being sought on a felony warrant. He said he knew that. Cheating.
The female resident of the vehicle was taken outside with her young daughter while officers searched the vehicle.
In body-covered camera footage released by the department, officers can carefully remove firearms loaded with luggage and small plastic bags of what police said, allowing them to pass through a woman’s diaper bag.
