In Pasadena, investigations are underway in Pasadena after it was found dead from an obvious gunshot wound on Wednesday evening.
Details are very limited and it is unclear how the fatal shooting unfolded, but a report of the incident arrived around 6pm.
Aerial footage from Sky5 on the scene in the 700 block of Rio Grande Street near El Molino Avenue closed a sidewalk car on the street towards the wall and closed its streets while officers from the Pasadena Police Station investigated.

A fire department medical officer responded to the location and declared the victim had died.

One witness to the crash said he was driving on the street when he saw the man’s car travel at high speed before running to what appears to be the retaining wall of the resident’s front yard.
Witnesses said they noticed that the wheels of the vehicle continued to rotate after the collision, and that both he and the nearby resident had come into the car and saw the victim lying inward with a bullet wound in the shoulder.
When investigators arrived, witnesses told KTLA they believed the victim was young between the ages of 18 and 19.
KTLA has contacted Pasadena Police to confirm preliminary details and is waiting for a response.
