This week he attacked a high school in Riverside, attacking students and revenges with relatives of students who were involved in previous fights.

One student and two school staff were attacked at Martin Luther King High School on Tuesday, according to the Riverside Unified School District. The series of events unfolded when a fight broke out between the two boys early in the day on campus.

After that fight, one of the students contacted the family to help attack the other students, Officer Ryan Railsback told Press Enterprises. Several adults arrived at the school, some of whom barged through the school’s office, circumventing campus security. The campus supervisors chased the group, alerted school administrators and contacted police, according to the district.

Video footage shared on social media allows you to see several people involved in the brawl at school. Railsback said school staff tried to intervene but were attacked by adults and students.

By the time police arrived on campus, the adult and the student calling his relatives had fled the campus. The attacked student was taken to the hospital but was not seriously injured, Railsback said.

Riverside Unified School District spokesman Liz Pinney Muglier told The Times, where adults stormed the school during lunch break and the fight lasted several minutes.

“We are expanding campus security measures for the rest of the school year to support a safe and secure environment,” the district said in a statement. “Additional personnel are present and daily check-in between school management, school resource officers and Riverside police will help ensure continuous coordination and vigilance. We are fully committed to maintaining a safe and supportive learning environment for all students, staff and families at Martin Luther King High School.”

In a message to the school’s community and parents, Principal Leann Iacuone said the school is helping with police investigations and will consider policies to address people who cross campus without permission.

“Student and staff safety is always our number one priority,” Iacuone said. “We are grateful to the team to law enforcement for their prompt response and for their support.”

Christopher Martinez, 17, told Press Enterprises that he wasn’t too bothered by the episode.

“No one really worried about it, but people are talking about it,” Martinez said. “Most of the time, me and my friends feel safe on campus. This is the first time I’ve ever seen something like this that I know, so I don’t think it’s a really big problem.”

Authorities have identified all those involved in the fight, Railsback told The Times. Those individuals may face the possibility of trespassing or assault, but investigation into the incident is ongoing.
