U.S. Attorney General Pam Bondy announced on Saturday that charges against doctors who were accused of destroying the Covid-19 vaccine and giving children a false shot at their parents’ requests have been removed.
“At my direction, @thejustceptt dismissed the charges against Dr. Kirk Moore,” Bondy wrote to X: “Dr. Moore gave patients a choice when the federal government refused to do so.
Moore, whose trial began Monday, faced decades in a prison where he allegedly destroyed more than $28,000 with the Covid-19 vaccine and fraudulently completed and distributed hundreds of vaccination record cards.
The Utah-based plastic surgeon was indicted by the Federal University Ju trial in January 2023.

Prosecutors say Moore and his three co-defendants will implement a scheme for the Utah Orthopedic Institute to “demn the U.S. and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).”
Tuesday, R-Ga. Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene said he was writing to the Justice Department to urge him to stop accusations against Moore.
“This guy is not a criminal, he is a hero,” she insisted to X.
Health Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. praised Moore on X in April, writing, “Dr. Moore deserves her commitment to courage and healing!”
Greene thanked Bondy on Saturday.
“Thank you to Ag Pam Bondi for taking down the illegal accusations against Dr. Kirk Moore!” She wrote in X. “We cannot once again allow the government to change tyrannically under surveillance. Thankfully, as soon as she moved quickly to stop accusing him of Dr. Pam Bondy’s case, this is a great victory!”
Bondy wrote that the accusations against Moore would not have been possible without Greene, “This incident caught my attention. She was a warrior of Dr. Moore and to end the government’s weaponization.”

Bondi’s actions take place when some President Trump are calling for her to step down after the Justice Department and the FBI issued a joint review on Sunday to end the theory of Jeffrey Epstein’s client list.

The DOJ also concluded that a dishonest investor committed suicide in a prison cell in New York City in 2019, awaiting further sex trafficking charges.
Public outrage continued after the release of prison surveillance video using the administration’s use of what the administration had used to prove that no one had been in Epstein’s cell in the time leading up to his death.

However, the 10-hour video was missing for a minute, promoting a conspiracy theory that the administration was taking part in cover-ups, including Epstein’s death.

FBI Deputy Director Dan Bongino is also considering the Justice Department to step down from handling the Epstein Files after a heated discussion with Bondi this week, sources told Fox News Digital this week.

Bongino has not been seen in his office since Wednesday, sources added that he has not yet made a final decision on his future.
