Greene remained rebellious when he stopped to talk to the White House pool on the ground floor of the Capitol after being dumped from the room on the second floor of the house Trump was talking to.
“I am happy to suffer any punishment that I have available. I have not told anyone, I will not punish me. I have said I will accept the punishment,” Green said, according to a White House Pool report.
“But it’s worth letting people know that there are some of us who are willing to stand up to this president’s desire to cut Medicaid, Medicare and Social Security.”
