First on FOX: R-Tenn. Rep. Andy Ogles of D-Texas’ Al Green was criticised Thursday, and he penalized Democrats for derailing the House floor lawsuit.
“We have a country to run. Joe Biden’s failed policies are why they lost their homes, why they lost their Senate, why they lost their presidency. They can lick the slander all day, but they still have to act on the floor of their homes,” Ogles told Fox News Digital.
“We can oppose issues and politics, but we are going to respect each other and I’m tired of this crap.”
The Ogles resolution aims to remove committee allocations from Democrats who temporarily plunged the home on Thursday.

He told Fox News Digital that he intends to view the solution as a “privilege.” This means that House leaders will have two legislative days to take action.
We were able to vote as soon as Ogles plans to broach the issue with speaker Mike Johnson R-LA.
All but 12 House Democrats voted against censoring Greene on Tuesday night for confusing President Donald Trump’s speech with a joint session in Congress. Ten Democrats voted alongside Republicans to rebuke Greene, but two voted “now,” including the Texas Senator himself.
But before reading the formal accusations to Green, Democrats gathered with Texas Democrats to overthrow the house floor lawsuit by singing “We’ll overcome.” Johnson was forced to call the house for a break after multiple unsuccessful protests.
The House floor was temporarily plunged into chaos as a small group of Republicans and Democrats continued to face each other.

The Ogles resolution, first obtained by Fox News Digital, directs “to provide a resolution” that “the House Sergeant ignored the speaker’s instructions that “members would leave the wells of their homes.”
“When I submitted that list to the speaker, they “were removed from the standing committee where they currently serve for the rest of the 119th Congress,” the text said.
Ogles first posted his intention to submit his resolution to X.
“Speaker, he’s a good guy, he’s a Christian guy. He has a kind heart. Grace gives them the opportunity to stop and they refuse to do so,” Ogles told Fox News Digital. “So, if you want to act like a terrible kid on the floor of your house, you’re giving warnings and responsibilities and you have to take action if you choose not to stop.”

Johnson removed the green by Sergeant.
The 77-year-old Democrat was unrepentant when he was given the opportunity to speak out in his defense on Wednesday.
“When he said I should stop, I heard the speaker. I didn’t, and I had no intentionality. It wasn’t done from a burst of emotion,” Green said. “As for some questions, conscience questions, you’re willing to suffer with consequences, and I said that. I don’t believe that in the richest countries in the world, people should be without good health care, so I’ll suffer with any outcome.”
