Two moderate Democrats who voted against the censorship of D-Texas Rep. Al Green suggested they don’t think Congress should focus on such issues.
Ten Democrats broke the party and voted for a GOP-led House-led resolution to formally admonish Green in protest when President Donald Trump protested a joint session of Congress on Tuesday night.
Most of these 10 are considered frontline Democrats in more moderate districts, but are generally known to work with Republicans across the aisles, like Rep. Jared Moskowitz of D-fla.
Fox News Digital reached out to nine other Democrats representing the medium area, which was part of the total of the 198 people who censored Green.

Of these, only two people – the person in charge. -Response provided.
“In today’s environment, condemnation tends to give a greater platform to condemned lawmakers. So, unless a clear red line crosses, I tend to support free speech,” Golden told Fox News Digital.
A written statement by the Maine Democrats included Rep. Rashida Tribe, D-mich, a “squad” member MP for her anti-Israel comments.
However, he provided criticism of Green’s interruption of Trump’s speech.
“I voted against Rep. Green’s censorship because I don’t think he crossed that line, and I don’t think it would be in the interest of the family to draw even more attention to his misguided behavior,” Golden explained.

Riley’s statement did not speak directly about Green, but was more widely rejected in Washington.
“New Yorkers can send me to Congress, cut costs, create jobs, get fair shots, and spend my time focusing on that instead of Washington’s drama and political theatre,” said House Democrats.
Riley took the hospital out of former RN.Y. Rep. Mark Molinaro to get a seat in most central New York districts in November.

Green was denounced by a 224-198 vote on Thursday morning after repeatedly confusing the beginning of Trump’s primetime speech.
He cried out, “You have no obligation!” In Trump, he rocked his wand into the air when the president promoted Republican victory in the House, Senate and White House. Speakers Mike Johnson, R-La. removed the green from the chamber after issuing a warning.

Green himself voted “present,” and voted in the same way as first term lawmaker Shomali, D-Ala.
