The illegal alien convicted of conspiracy to kill a teenager using a baseball bat in the Philadelphia area is some of the “worst and worst” criminal offence corporations arrested by US immigrants and customs enforcement agencies in recent weeks, according to the agency.
According to an ICE statement, Bou Khathavong, an illegal foreigner and double citizen of Laos and Thailand, was arrested on July 25 by an Ice Philadelphia official. According to Ice, Khathavong was previously convicted of conspiracy to kill a teenager with a baseball bat in Pennsylvania.
Another statement released Tuesday by the Department of Homeland Security highlighted other “worst and worst” illegal aliens arrested in recent weeks.
DHS said Santiago Geovanie Garcia Rosales, a 35-year-old illegal alien from Guatemala, has halted aid in Harris County, Texas, and was convicted of halting aid and failing to render aid. According to Ice, he was arrested by Ice Houston on July 28th.

ICE also arrested Hector Bonaparte Contreras, a 42-year-old illegal crime alien from Mexico, on July 24th. Bonaparte Contrera was convicted of predatory criminal sexual assault on a child under the age of 13 in Chicago.
Another alien, Giulio Armando Gomez Fernandez, was arrested by ICE in Dallas on July 27th. Also, illegal from Mexico, Gomez Fernandez was previously convicted of possession of meta with intent to misreach the country in Colorado.
Manuel Roja, a foreign criminal and sex offender in Ecuador, was arrested by Ice Newark on July 24th. Roja was convicted of cruelty and negligence in a New Jersey child.

On its release, DHS noted that 70% of ice arrests include illegal aliens with either criminal convictions or pending charges.
“Under the leadership of President Trump and Secretary Noem, the DHS has filed a commitment to prioritizing Americans over illegal aliens and criminal protection policies and to remove these public safety threats from the American community.”
DHS Deputy Chief Tricia McLaughlin also commented on the arrest, accusing the Biden administration of “allowing dangerous criminals to pour into our country.”

“President Trump and Secretary Noem have released Ice to arrest aliens for these crime violations,” McLaughlin says, from pedophiles to drug traffickers, Ice prioritizes arresting the worst. “We will not allow crime offence corporations to terrorize the American community.”
