Another home break-in was reported in the upscale LA area Wednesday morning. This happened when the sun rose and the inhabitants were at home.
According to Los Angeles Police Department officer Cervantes, 911’s call for the robbery came at 5:42am. Two residents advised that two or three suspects had entered the location within the house.
It was not immediately known whether anything had been taken or not. No injuries have been reported.

The Sky5 video captured a woman, possibly a resident, a police officer investigating the balcony of a high-end home. A window was open, accessible from the balcony on the upper floor, footage showed.
Another man, a presumably a resident, was seen canvasing the backyard of the house.
The investigation remains in a preliminary stage. No further details were available immediately.

This latest break-in is amid a surge in robberies in several upscale Los Angeles neighborhoods, and has recently suffered three San Fernando Valley neighborhoods. Encino, Sherman Oaks and Studio City.
Hollywood Hills have seen more robberies recently. One had residents carrying intruders at gunpoint until police arrived and detained him.
