Southern Californians will meet at DTLA’s Pershing Square on Saturday at 4pm and miss their hands! Los Angeles is part of a series of national protests against Trump and billionaire Elon Musk, who played a major role in the White House.

As part of the new tariff rollout, the US will now charge international trading partners taxes on goods imported into the state, including a 34% tax on imports from China, a 20% tax on imports from the European Union, a 25% for South Korea, 24% for Japan and 32% for Taiwan.
Canada and Mexico imports are still taxed at a 25% tax rate as of last month’s Trump order.
