Overnight in Los Angeles, two convenience stores were attacked by armed robbers about 20 minutes apart.
The most recent incident occurred at 12:05 a.m. Monday when three male suspects armed with handguns reportedly entered a 7-Eleven in the 1600 block of Silverlake Boulevard in the Silverlake neighborhood.
The suspects stole an unspecified amount of property from the store and fled in a white vehicle, Los Angeles Police Department Officer Miller said.

Less than three miles away, another 7-Eleven was held up by three men with handguns at North San Fernando Road and Fletcher Drive in the Glassell Park neighborhood.
Police responded to the call around 11:45 p.m., but discovered the suspects had already fled in a white vehicle with an unknown amount of property in their possession.
The suspect and vehicle descriptions were similar in both crimes, but detectives have not determined whether they are related.
