The San Fernando Valley hit and run damaged almost 12 cars, but now the search is being conducted on two people running from the scene.
According to a spokesman for the Los Angeles Police Department, officers responded to a traffic crash call in the 8500 block of Columbus Avenue in the North Hills area around 10:40pm on Friday.
Upon arrival, officers discovered that at least 10 vehicles had hit one vehicle and one vehicle was damaged, a spokesman said.

“We were seen running from the scene,” LAPD said. “They were driving a white Chevrolet that caused this felony to hit and run.”

Video from the scene shows a Chevrolet pickup truck that was allegedly stopped after the suspect suffered substantial front-end damage and collided with a parked sedan. One white SUV was seen above the red sedan, apparently pushed there by the force of crash.

No descriptions of the two suspects were released and no injuries were reported immediately. However, a LAPD spokesman said an ambulance was requested to the scene, but he did not clarify whether anyone had been transported.
