The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the public’s help in the death of a student at Cal Arts College Art.
Menganzuan, a senior art student from China on a student visa, was killed on February 4th at Vista Condo Complex in Newhall.
Zhuang’s favorite name was Emily King.
Murder Bureau detectives are seeking public assistance in identifying people of interest.

The MP answered a 6:47 call at 21314 Nandi Narene, where it was discovered that the king was still suffering from some private injuries to her upper body.
King later died at the scene.
The sheriff’s department has released photos of a man suspected of being behind her death. Authorities say they saw him enter her apartment the night before February 3rd, and then leave the building through a two-storey window on the day of her death.
In a statement released by LASD, investigators said, “This is not a random act of violence, and it is clear that Mengan knew some kind of person he was interested in.” Ta.
A statement from Cal Arts College reads, “Our community is devastated by this loss, and our sincere sadness comes to her family, friends, classmates and teachers.” It says, “A memorial is planned to gather for the campus community.”
The motion, written by county supervisor Kathryn Berger for a $20,000 remuneration, can be approved by the Board of Supervisors next Tuesday. If approved, the reward will be effective on February 13th.
