I-Vt. Senator Bernie Sanders issued a press release Thursday, where he declared Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu in the past “wrong.”
In a statement, Sanders pointed to comments made by Netanyahu while talking about Saddam Hussein at a 2002 US Congress hearing.
Netanyahu said at the time that “if you were out… Saddam’s administration” would “have a great positive reaction in the region.” He said there was “no doubt” that Iraqi leaders were pursuing “the development of nuclear weapons.”

President Donald Trump has not ruled out the prospect of US military intervention as Israel targets Iran to stop a rigged administration from achieving its nuclear ambitions.

“We will decide whether to go within the next two weeks based on the fact that there is a significant possibility of negotiations on whether it could take place with Iran in the near future,” Trump said according to White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt, who read the president’s comments during a press conference on Thursday.
Trump has made it clear that Iran is opposed to the prospect of winning nuclear weapons.
Trump, who makes the Iranian decision, was given the opportunity to negotiate “in the next two weeks,” Leavitt said.

“The United States means a lot of great things, including the fact that Iran does not have nuclear weapons. Make America great again!!!” he declared on the Truth Social Post on Monday.
