Former President Joe Biden appointed Supreme Court Judge Kentanji Brown Jackson, the first black woman to serve on the Supreme Court, in a slur-filled speech at the National Bar Association’s 100th Annual Gala held at Hyatt, Chicago on Thursday evening.

Biden has delved into multiple occasions in the middle of the night, including serving as vice president to former Black President Barack Obama, and choosing Kamala Harris as vice president. Harris was the first woman in Black and South Asian heritage to serve in that role.

Similarly, Biden also said he selected demographically diverse judges during his administration.

Former President Joe Biden said he chose demographically diverse judges during his administration.

“I promised that I had an administration to appoint a bench that looked like America and that looked like America,” Biden said. “And I kept my promise. I appointed the most demographically diverse… judge slate in the history of the United States. I appointed Ketanji Brown Jackson, one of the greatest lawyers I have ever met, the first black woman on the U.S. Supreme Court.”

“Judge Jackson has proven that he has the wisdom and character I saw when I appointed her, as I witnessed earlier this week. He has appointed 13 black women to the U.S. federal court appeals court, more than every other president in American history,” he said. “For other historic firsts, for historic, Hispanic Americans, Asian Americans, Muslim Americans, I have not only appointed Ivy League judges.”

The National Bar Association was originally formed in Iowa, and is made up of 66,000 members who were allowed to participate in the American Bar Association and currently work in civil rights and diversity advocates.

Those attending the event include Jackson, D-Texas Rep. Jasmine Crockett, Minnesota Attorney General Keith Ellison, Nevada Attorney General Aaron Ford, MSNBC Expert Joy Ann Reed and New York Attorney General Letitia James.

Biden and his allies face allegations of concealing the truth about Biden’s mental fitness following his debate performance with President Donald Trump in Atlanta on June 27, 2024, and Biden struggled to answer seemingly basic questions.

Longtime aide Biden testifies that he has testified that if the president wins reelection, he will make up to $8 million

Then President Joe Biden appeared frail and struggled with poor voices during the first presidential debate of the 2024 presidential election against then-President Donald Trump, held in Atlanta on June 27, 2024.

Several books have been written in 2025, detailing his worsening mental capabilities and challenges within the Democratic Party as a result of the decision to withdraw from the election on the last day of Biden’s appointment.

Additionally, there are several researches underway at Capitol Hill on Biden’s mental decline. For example, the House Oversight Committee is examining Biden’s cognitive decline and cover-up of potentially unauthorized enforcement actions that took place during his presidency.

Earlier on Thursday, longtime Biden aide Michael Donilon appeared before the House Oversight Committee and told lawmakers that if Biden were to win reelection in 2024, he would have been raked together for a total of $8 million, Axios first reported.

Fox News Digital has reached out to a Biden spokesman for comment and has not yet received a reply.

Charlie Creitz and Alex Schemmel of Fox News contributed to this report.
