Former President Joe Biden resigned in January, but in an audio release of an interview with former special advisor Robert Huar, questions about his mental vision and decline continue his cancer diagnosis and pay attention to many actions taken on his last days since taking office.

Below we take a look at known active investigations into the former president and his team.
Justice Department investigation into Biden’s pardon
Former President Joe Biden has acknowledged generosity and allowed more than 1,500 individuals by using his final weeks as commander to describe the then White House as the biggest day-long act by the US president.
The Department of Justice is reviewing a list of people who have been pardoned by former President Joe Biden amid concerns about the use of autopens to automatically sign documents.
DOJ pardon attorney Ed Martin reviews a list of Biden-era pardons granted in the last week of the former president, including those granted to his son, Hunter Biden, and the preemptive pardon granted to Dr. Anthony Faucie.
Biden was ultimately just one hand signed pardon, which was his most controversial
But Biden signed one pardon by hand for his son Hunter Biden in his final weeks. It was his most controversial.
Biden forgives his son, Hunter, in December 2024, after vowing to Americans for months he didn’t.
Hunter Biden was found guilty of three felony gun charges during the investigation of special advisor David Weiss. The eldest son was also charged with his suspicious federal tax crimes, allegedly failing to pay at least $1.4 million in taxes.
Before his trial, Hunter Biden entered a surprising guilty plea.
In December 2024, former President Biden announced a comprehensive amnesty, from January 1, 2014 to December 1, 2024, which applies to crimes against the United States that Hunter Biden “committed or committed.”
“From the day I took office, I said I wouldn’t interfere with the Justice Department’s decision-making. I kept my words even if I saw my son being selective and unfair,” the former president said.
This is Biden’s most controversial amnesty, signed primarily using Autoopen
“There was an effort to destroy Hunter. I was calm for five and a half years in the face of relentless attacks and selective prosecutions. They tried to destroy Hunter, and there’s no reason to believe it’s going to stop here.
“I hope Americans understand why their father and the president come to this decision.”
House surveillance investigation into alleged cover-up of Biden’s mental decline
Speaker James Kommer (R-KY.) is leading an investigation into alleged cover-up of Biden’s mental decline.
In particular, the investigation is whether the inside of Biden’s inner circle intentionally conspired to hide the former president’s mental vision and avoid the former president, particularly through the use of autopen tools used to mimic the president’s signature.
House GOP secures four key witnesses with Biden Mental Decline Probes as former aides agree to speak
So far, four former Biden aides have agreed to voluntarily testify on the transcribed interviews, including Biden’s assistant and senior advisor to First Lady Anthony Bernal, director of Biden’s former Director of the National Council of Domestic Policy, and former special assistant to Biden, as well as Associate of Biden, as well as Associate of Biden, Associate of Oval Office Operations, Ashley Williams, Biden’s chief and Associate of Annie Tohmasini.
Tanden will appear before the House Oversight Committee on June 24th, with Bernal appearing two days later on June 26th, and Williams will testify on July 18th and Tomasini on July 18th.
The only Biden formula breaks the silence of cognitive decline as the cabinet continues muting
However, Biden’s former White House doctor Kevin O’Connor refused an invitation to the scheduled transcription interview on June 27th.
Comer summoned O’Connor and forced him to testify.
Comer has sent a letter to five more former Biden staffers, bringing his full outreach to the investigation to 10 so far.
The latest letters have been sent to former White House Chief Ron Crane, former senior communications advisor Anita Dunn, former top advisors Michael Donilon and Steve Richetti, and former deputy chiefs of staff at Policy Bruce Reed.
Housing surveillance investigation into suspected cover-up of Biden’s cancer diagnosis
Former President Joe Biden was diagnosed with a “aggressive form” of prostate cancer in May.
“Last week, President Joe Biden was seen in new discoveries of prostate nodules after experiencing an increase in urinary symptoms,” Biden’s team shared in a statement. “On Friday he was diagnosed with prostate cancer and was characterized by a Gleason score of 9 (grade group 5) with metastasis to the bone.”
“This represents a more aggressive form of the disease, but cancer appears to be hormone sensitivity that allows for effective management. The president and his family are reviewing treatment options with his doctor,” the statement said.

During his presidency, Biden removed “cancer” skin lesions from his chest, the White House said at the time.
“That’s why me and many other people I grew up with have cancer,” Biden said in a 2022 speech discussing pollution in his hometown.
However, House Oversight Committee Chairman James Kommer expanded his investigation into Biden’s mental decline to include a timeline investigation into when he learned that Biden had cancer.
Biden’s White House doctor was summoned as Republicans delve deeper into alleged cognitive decline
“If you remember, Joe Biden interviewed him a few years ago and said he had cancer. The White House immediately issued a statement. “Now, how many people in the history of the world say they’re cancerous when they really get cancer?”

Comer added: “There is evidence to suggest that over the years there has been a cover-up regarding his cancer,” he said.
Comer summoned O’Connor, a former White House doctor who gave Biden some clean health bills.
