The Department of Defense (Department of Defense) on Monday announced two arms packages for Ukraine totaling $2.47 billion.

“This is the Biden Administration’s 23rd USAI package and the 73rd tranche of equipment provided from the Department of Defense inventory for Ukraine since August 2021,” the statement reads.
“The United States continues to work with approximately 50 allies and partners through the Ukraine Defense Contact Group and its associated capability coalitions to provide Ukraine with the support it needs to win the fight against Russian aggression.”
