San Diego (Fox 5/Kusi) – That time! The US celebrates its 249th birthday, while San Diego celebrates its biggest fireworks show on the West Coast.
The show is an annual tradition hosted by the Port of San Diego, along with local partners and government, and has been on display live on television and online for many years at Nexuster Station in California.

The fireworks have been released by four barges in San Diego Bay and are synchronized with the music.
Hundreds of thousands of people watch the show directly from important locations around town, on San Diego’s waterfront, on boats, or as the night sky is lit to celebrate Independence Day.
